From Dream Ride to Dream Stay
Back in 2021, we bought a bus with one big dream — to turn it into a mobile home and travel around the Philippines. So we got to work and poured our time, energy, and creativity into converting it into a cozy RV. Every piece of wood, every fixture, every corner tells a story of that dream.
But life had other plans. An exciting opportunity abroad came knocking, and we had to park our travel dreams — at least for now.
Rather than letting our beloved bus sit idle, we decided to open it up for others to enjoy. We’ve transformed it into an Airbnb-ready space, blending the charm of RV life with comfort and nature.

Things People Always Ask (FAQ)
💃🕺 Unlimited Pax — But With a Few Friendly Notes
Yes, you can bring the whole crew — the more, the merrier! But here’s what you need to know:
🏕️ Up to 3 tents allowed on the grounds — you need to bring your own and set up however you like! Just a heads-up: if it rains, it’s up to you to stay cozy and dry, so plan those setups wisely!
🚐 Up to 4 people can sleep inside the RV — cozy, comfy, and perfect for starry nights.
🛏️ Linens, bed sheets, and towels are provided only for the 4 lucky folks staying in the RV. Tent campers, don’t forget to pack your own essentials!
🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard times are:
– Check-in: 3:00 PM
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
We totally understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer flexible check-in/out times if there are no bookings before or after yours. Just note that we need at least 4 hours to thoroughly clean the entire 900 sqm space to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.
🔑 Is it self check-in, key hand-over, or concierge service?
You’ll be greeted by our introverted but warm-hearted caretaker, Kuya Nelson. He’ll go over RV guidelines and help you settle in.
Heads-up: He’s only available until 6 PM, so make sure to catch him before he wraps up for the day—we respect his work-life balance!
🛏 What are the sleeping arrangements inside the RV?
– 1 bedroom with a double-sized bed
– 1 convertible sofa bed with a double-sized mattress
🚌 Is it commuter-friendly?
We’re located about 30 minutes from Twin Lakes Tagaytay by car. While we’re a bit off the beaten path, getting here by public transport is possible—just a bit of an adventure!
From PITX, expect:

🦮 Is it pet-friendly?
We absolutely love pets and welcome them outdoors! However, to keep things clean and comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that pets remain outside the RV. You’re welcome to bring your own cage and keep them in it outdoors during sleeping hours.
Pets poopoo and wiwi accidents inside the RV are tough to manage and may require us to remove the wooden flooring for proper cleaning.
